OK first you will gather your ingredients.
Pork Loin CHECK
Crock Pot CHECK
BBQ SAUCE CHECK
rinse the pork loin and place in CP ( crock-pot ) add the can of Pineapple and the juice and cook on high for 5 hours.
shred and cook for another 2 hours.
add and entire bottle of BBQ Sauce and let cook another hour.
toast whole wheat bun add the cold slaw and the meat and EAT..... YUM O..... My sister gave me this recipe and it is DELISH.... I don't like cold-slaw but on the sammy its DIVINE....
